When set out to build a fire pit with a patio, he never expected that his programme would become a massive work. By the time all was said and done, however, the garden was beautifully transformed.

He began by excavating out the desired condition for the fuel pit.

He then contributed gravel to the hole and bricks to serve as reinforcements for the wall base.

He secured the base with Quikrete cement.
